What are your hours?
We are open Monday - Thursday from 6:30a - 11:00p, Fridays - Sundays 6:30a - 12:00a. Last load for washers is 30 minutes before we clothes and stay until you finish. Holiday hours may vary, please contact us or check our social media for special holiday hours.
Are you a coin operated laundromat?
No, we are a cash card operated laundromat. Our cards are free for you to obtain at any time, fully re-loadable, never expires, and best of all, eliminates the need for carrying coins in your pockets! Simply add cash to your card using our kiosks and start your machines with your card. All kiosks can display your past history and balance, so you'll know exactly how much you have, and how much your spending!
How does the card system work?
Our machines work off our laundry card system. You can receive one for free from our laundry kiosk and use it to activate your machines. The cards are reusable, re-loadable, and they never expire! You can also use the kiosk to check your balance, machine history, as well as register your information in case you lose your card.
Can I get refunds on my unused card?
No, unfortunately we do not allow refunds on unused funds on laundry cards. However, there is no minimum or maximum on how much you can add to your laundry card. Start with $1 or add $100, it's up to you.
What kind of payments do you accept?
Currently, we accept cash only to add value to your laundry cards. To purchase any detergent or general laundry goods, as well as our Wash & Fold service, we can accept cash or credit card. We look forward to adding a credit card system to our card kiosks in the future, we will post an update once we do! An ATM machine is available on site for those who do not have cash on hand.
Do you offer Wash & Fold Services?
Yes! Mama's Laundromat offers drop off Wash & Fold services for all your laundry! Feel free to bring us your laundry and we will wash, dry, fold, and package it for you to pick up. Same day service is available! Our system will text you to keep you informed on when your laundry is completed!
What are your prices for your Wash & Fold Services?
Our Wash & Fold services start at $1.25/lb. on next day drop off services, $1.50/lb. on same day drop off services. Our minimum for all orders is 10 lbs. per order.
Delivery services are all next day and start at $1.75/lb. with a minimum order of $30.00.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Just use our website to schedule a pick up date and delivery date and we will do the rest. Choose your detergent options and preferences. Our staff will handle the rest! You'll also be kept in the loop through our laundry system via text.

Please check our website and add your address to confirm if we deliver to your area.
Do I have to be home for your pick up and delivery service?
Absolutely not, you can leave your laundry out in a designated area visible to our drivers. Since payments are made through our website and credit card, you don't have to worry about making payments in person either. However, in certain instances due to inclement weather and in order to ensure our commitment to clean laundry, we may ask that you be home or place it in a covered area. We do our best to ensure your laundry is safe from the elements but don't recommend leaving laundry bags out in the open.
